I am currently a student life & wellness coach committed to learning about the effects traumas & life challenges have on day to day life. Also studying Medicinal Cannabis to provide education and support to clients who have tried general medications and have seen no benefits. Although I am studying currently I have had many life experiences that have changed me & aligned me to my business to help and support others who have been suffering with mental or physical health. I had grown up with hoarding in my family & i now see the true value over a clean & tidy home, watched mental health distort my family, family dv & escaping, facing homelessness, living in womens shelters, losing family due to “sides” & the unexpected passing of my mum Within the first 16 years of my life,. As time has gone on my mental health struggled and due to traumas this limited my life and affected relationships. I want to help you heal and move forward with a beautiful new life.
